Analysis of NosVies’ first month
A month has gone by already … or should I say it’s only been a month … since we launched online. And what a month! I’ve decided to give you regular updates on our progress.
Over 1,600 individual visitors have dropped by the .fr and .com sites – 2/3 to the .fr site and 1/3 to the .com site. I designed the site to allow visitors to quickly scan the site and enjoy the illustrations without having to read all the text. It seems to work since many of you checked out the site in almost its entirety.
What I find most interesting is the provenance of our guests: visitors from 46 countries have dropped in to check out the site. I just love seeing the countries represented on the Google Map. Can you see how the two maps of recent visitors over 24 hours complement one another?
Enough said about the details.
The beauty of the internet lies in the interaction and the discussion with new acquaintances. I already have two projects for illustrations and articles planned with two other blogs.
Many people comment that they really like our illustrations but don’t have a good sense of what NosVies is and what we do.
That’s normal. NosVies is a multi-faceted project that will evolve over time, while giving a clearer vision of our development.
Just remember that the heart of our project is the creation of a new generation publishing house that will invite everyone to reflect on issues and invest of themselves to live more harmoniously.
We are building different tools to reach this goal; first and foremost of which is this blog. Two to three times a week, we will try to publish those illustrations that appeal so much to you. You can then display them at home or at the office as reminder to take actionand also to generate discussion with friends and family.
And of course, we have many more projects to come.
As we develop NosVies, we will strive to respect the 7 Blogging Virtues defined by Kathy Sierra and Hugh McLeod to ensure the greatest success possible of this blog. Obviously, your success will be our success.
Thanks again for dropping by! We hope that our articles and illustrations have provided inspiration and sparked that desire to go out and do things – the force of action that shapes all of our lives.
